We cook our own way
From fresh ingredients, with the emphasis on taste
We cook from fresh ingredients and with the greatest emphasis on taste. The foundation of our kitchen is our own beef from a herd of Highland cattle that graze just below the lodge — from the very mountains you've just hiked up. But don't worry: those of you not in the mood for meat will eat well here too.
Every crown you spend with us goes straight back into the mountains — into our farming and our herd. We sincerely thank you for it.
